I started Learning Experience Design Consultants, LLC because I saw too many organizations treating training like an expense line instead of a performance engine. After two decades in corporate learning, enablement, and operations environments, I’ve seen firsthand that when learning is designed around real business outcomes, it drives revenue, retention, and employee confidence simultaneously. LXD exists to help companies close the gap between what people are taught and what they actually need to perform at a high level every day.

My training philosophy is simple: learning should be practical, measurable, and human-centered. I design experiences that connect knowledge to real workflows, reinforce behavior through data and coaching, and respect how adults actually learn, through relevance, repetition, and reflection. I blend modern learning science, performance consulting, and emerging AI-enabled tools to create solutions that scale without losing the human element.

When I work with clients, I operate as a strategic partner, not a vendor. I start by diagnosing root business problems, not just training requests. From there, I co-create solutions with stakeholders, build for real-world adoption, and measure impact in business terms, not just completion rates. My goal is always the same: build learning ecosystems that pay for themselves through performance improvement.
